Within the busy schedules of modern-day life, whenever we get any vacation time, we seek to escape. The Soulful Living’s Sharanya Program aims at an alternative spiritual staycation. The aim is resetting both body and mind through mindfulness and meditation in nature. This allows time for reflection, prayer, journaling, and meditation and be in silence amidst nature.

The retreats are organised at exclusive locations amidst nature for a span of 5-7days. Guided meditation healing sessions, local food and cuisine, nature walk, spirituality and self-care are a few things you can look forward to during your association with Sharanya.
